Hi Anonymous – The catalog is available to Members, and people that have received a Pre-Approval Letter. Below are instructions on how to access the catalog:
Members
1. Make sure that you have your Membership Number handy and log in to your Members Only site.
(The above link provides information on locating your Membership Number).
2. Once you have successfully logged into your Members Only site, click on the Catalog button in the column on the left hand side (you’ll find it between the Merchandise and Guarantees buttons).
Pre-Approval Letter recipients
1. Make sure that you have your Pre-Approval Letter handy! Enter your Approval Number to gain access to the Members Only site.
(The above link provides information on locating your Approval Number on your letter).
2. Once you have successfully logged into your Members Only site, click on the Catalog button in the column on the left hand side (you’ll find it between the Merchandise and Guarantees buttons).

I have put in my member number numerous times and still can't access the catalog

Please make sure that you are entering your Membership Number on the Member Login page.
Please also make sure that you have your Membership Card handy, and use our example as a guide to entering the correct digits from your Membership Number.
You will want to make sure that you enter the first eight digits of the Membership Number on your card. Please omit any spaces when you type your number in.
If you are still having a problem with the website not accepting your Membership Number, please contact our Customer Service department so that we can assist you in getting the problem resolved.
So this is a credit card that can only be used on Union Workers Credit Services merchandise? Thank you.
Dear Jennifer - Union Workers Credit Services offers a line of credit that is limited to our specific establishment, the same as department stores that typically do.
I just recieved the activation form, but can this be used to transfer balances to this account? and is there a cash with drawl from this ?I do a lot of traveling 6 times a year.sharon

And like those department store card we do not offer cash advances, or balance transfers.
